Through the mechanical structure on the wheel hub and the adhesive free design fixed with the elastomer, the new roller can prevent the elastomer from falling off, improve the service life of the roller, reduce the disassembly and assembly of the elevator roller by the staff, save labor costs, reduce the stay time of the maintenance personnel in the elevator shaft, and reduce safety risks.

Compared with fixed sliding guide shoes, elastic sliding guide shoes have more obvious shock absorption effect and can adapt to worse working conditions.

R6 door hanger

Fully sealed structure, no fuel consumption, maintenance free, green and environment-friendly products, the product performance meets the requirements of EN81-1, and no personnel is required to adjust the vertical position of the switch rod after each action.

The guide rail adopts hot-dip galvanized and hard rolled steel structure, s250gd + z275-m-a-c plate cold forming, the material conforms to DIN EN 10147 (material specification) and DIN en10143 (dimensional tolerance), and the galvanized surface treatment (140g/m2, 9.8 μ M thickness) applied on both sides, hot-dip galvanizing outside the weld. Note: it is forbidden to use the safety gear with the guide rail on the counterweight side.

Compensation chain guide

New polymer synthetic materials are used, which are not easy to age, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant in the shaft environment. Add shock absorption structure to avoid abnormal noise and reduce running noise. Modular structure is adopted, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. With modular structure, the damaged parts can be replaced separately, reducing the replacement cost of materials.

Rubber with high wear resistance and high tensile strength is used, which is formed by hot pressing and vulcanization, and has good shock absorption and noise reduction performance.
